A SenSec System

Professional surveillance is
designed to be invisible.
VectorOps detects it anyway

A vehicle-installed counter-surveillance platform that detects coordinated monitoring across days — not just the car behind you.

Confidential. NDA-protected technical briefing available for qualified security organizations.

The Problem

Surveillance teams are trained to defeat every detection method you currently use.

They rotate vehicles. They rotate drivers. They use static observation points and rapid hand-offs. Each individual signal appears normal. Coordination reveals itself only through correlation over time.

Your current tools — dashcams, ALPR systems, GPS trackers — detect events. A plate seen twice. A car following too long. Professional surveillance never produces these signals. It distributes exposure across time, assets, and geography.

The result: the systems designed to protect your client are looking for something that will never appear.

Why existing approaches fail

Manual SDR

Surveillance detection routes are manual, resource-intensive, and reveal themselves through predictable driving patterns. They scale to one vehicle at a time, require highly trained operators, and produce no persistent data layer for correlation across days.

Periodic Vehicle Sweeps

Technical surveillance countermeasures inspect a vehicle for tracking devices at a point in time. They do not detect mobile surveillance. They do not observe the environment. They find hardware — not behavior.

Dashcams / ALPR / GPS Trackers

Recording tools capture footage. ALPR identifies plates. GPS trackers report location. None of these systems correlate encounters over time. None detect coordination. They accumulate data without producing intelligence.

Onboard AI Compute

Continuous detection and inference. No cloud dependency. Every encounter processed locally.

Encrypted Local Memory

Behavioral graph across days and weeks. Vehicles, plates, persons, locations — all correlated on-device.

Dedicated Driver Display

Three operational states. Immediate situational clarity. No phone required.

Designed against alert fatigue

Most security systems fail not because they miss threats — but because they cry wolf. VectorOps uses a four-state colour model (GREEN → YELLOW → ORANGE → RED) where escalation requires sustained, correlated multi-day evidence. The system does not alert on single sightings, anomalies, or statistical noise.

The driver stays in GREEN 99% of the time. When the display shifts — it means something.

Zero Cloud Dependency

All processing occurs onboard the vehicle. Detection models, correlation logic, and scoring algorithms run locally on dedicated hardware. No frames, identifiers, or telemetry leave the vehicle unless the operator explicitly initiates a data export.

There is no cloud backend required for core detection. No SaaS dependency. No external API call in the detection pipeline. The system is fully autonomous from the moment it powers on.

Autonomy first. Connectivity optional.

The system observes surrounding movement, extracts identifiers and behavioral fingerprints, stores every encounter, and correlates across time, location, and pattern.

It does not conduct mass surveillance. It does not track populations. It does not profile individuals.

Defensive counter-surveillance.
Nothing more. Nothing less.

Five Layers

Five layers of surveillance detection — from raw perception to actionable intelligence.

01

Perceive

Continuous vehicle and person detection. Multi-object tracking. Plate extraction. No raw video leaves the system — only structured entity events.

VEH PER VEH
02

Normalize

Frame-level detections merged into objects. Duplicates eliminated. Short random sightings filtered. Noise dies here.

03

Remember

Every encounter stored in a local graph. Vehicles, plates, persons, locations, time windows. Relationships mapped across days.

04

Score

Vehicle score. Person score. Cluster score. Multi-day repetition. Hand-off patterns. Alert triggers only when the cluster threshold is met.

THR ALERT
05

Act

Driver display shifts state. Short explanation appears. Driver confirms, defers, or escalates. Every decision is logged.

STATUS CLEAR STATUS ELEVATED STATUS ALERT Pattern match: VEH-4821 Conf: 0.87 | Cluster: 3/5_
No single trigger. No isolated alert.
Coordination emerges through continuity.
Detection Capabilities

Built to detect what trained teams are trained to hide.

Persistent Tailing

Route-consistent following. Reacquisition after visual loss. Behavioral continuity across different vehicles. Risk elevation through repeated proximity over hours and days.

A vehicle that finds you again after you changed route is more significant than one that stayed behind you on a highway.

Static Observation

Repeated static vehicles at choke points — residence, office, regular stops. Presence correlated with departure and arrival windows. Static behavior weighted when aligned with dynamic tracking patterns.

A parked vehicle alone is neutral. A parked vehicle that appears at your client's building entrance every morning you depart — and is linked to a vehicle seen tailing two days ago — is not.

Coordinated Rotation

Vehicle A follows briefly on Day 1. Vehicle B observed stationary near destination. Vehicle C appears at departure point on Day 2. Vehicle A reappears on Day 3 — different location, same behavioral signature.

Individually: each event scores low. Combined: coordinated surveillance pattern.

Multi-Day Correlation

The behavioral graph builds continuously. Every encounter is stored, weighted, and connected. Patterns that span days or weeks — invisible to human observation — become visible through persistent automated correlation.

What you dismiss today may connect tomorrow.

Privacy by Design

No biometric databases.

VectorOps does not build facial recognition databases. Identifiers are vehicle-level — plates, models, colors, spatial signatures. No individual is tracked.

All processing local.

Every frame is analyzed and discarded on the vehicle. No images leave the car. No cloud inference. No remote storage of visual data.

Operator-controlled retention.

Data retention policies are configured per deployment. Encounter logs can be purged automatically after the defined window. Full audit trail available.

Compliant by architecture.

The system was designed to operate within European data protection frameworks. Privacy is not a feature — it is a structural constraint built into the processing pipeline.

Central European Executive Detail — 2025

During a multi-week protective operation, VectorOps identified a coordinated two-vehicle surveillance pattern across three separate route segments over five days. The pattern was invisible to the protection team — vehicles rotated, timing varied, no single encounter triggered alarm.

VectorOps correlated licence plate re-appearances, spatial clustering, and temporal alignment. The system escalated to ORANGE without a single false positive in the preceding 14 days.

The detail commander adjusted the principal's route structure before the surveillance team could confirm pattern completion.

Specific operational details are protected under NDA. Additional case references are available during confidential briefings.

Origin

Built through contact. Not in a lab.

SenSec builds command-grade AI for operational security environments. We operate Sentinel Security — a licensed executive protection agency running protective details across Europe.

VectorOps was not designed from theory. It was built from operational necessity — from the limitations we experienced firsthand while protecting high-profile clients under real threat conditions.

Every detection logic, every scoring threshold, every driver interaction decision was shaped by what actually happens on the road.

We didn't build this because the market asked for it. We built it because we needed it. And it didn't exist.

The system you receive has been tested where failure is not a metric. It's a consequence.

FAQ

Common Questions

How is VectorOps different from dashcams or ALPR systems?
Dashcams record. ALPR systems identify plates. Neither analyzes behavior over time. VectorOps correlates encounters across days and locations to detect coordinated patterns — the signature of organized surveillance, not individual vehicles.
Does the system require internet connectivity?
No. All detection, scoring, and alerting runs locally on the vehicle hardware. Internet is not required for core operation. Connectivity is only used for optional model updates and fleet-level analytics exports — both operator-initiated.
What does the driver actually see?
A dedicated display shows a single, colour-coded threat state: GREEN (no pattern), YELLOW (emerging correlation), ORANGE (high-confidence pattern), RED (confirmed coordinated surveillance). No raw data. No camera feeds. No complex dashboards. The driver's cognitive load is near zero in 99% of operating time.
How long does installation take?
A qualified vehicle technician can complete a full installation in one working day. The system is pre-configured. No software setup is required. Baseline calibration takes approximately 10–14 days of normal driving.
Can VectorOps be detected by the surveillance team?
The system is entirely passive. It does not emit signals, does not use active radar or LIDAR, and does not communicate externally during operation. All sensors are internally mounted and visually indistinguishable from standard vehicle equipment.
What about privacy and data protection regulations?
VectorOps was architected for European data protection environments. All visual processing is local and transient — no images are stored or transmitted. Only abstracted vehicle identifiers and spatial metadata are retained, with configurable retention windows and full audit trails.
Is this available for individual purchase?
VectorOps is deployed exclusively through qualified security organizations. We do not sell directly to end consumers. All deployments include operational enablement, calibration support, and ongoing model updates through a dedicated partner channel.
What if we already have a protective detail?
VectorOps augments human protection teams — it does not replace them. The system detects what even experienced operators cannot: slow, distributed, multi-day surveillance patterns that rotate vehicles and timing. It gives your team a signal layer they currently lack.

See the pattern before it satisfies its intent.
